We offer a wide variety of property and casualty insurance and surety products and services to businesses, organizations and families throughout the United States and in selected international markets.

We have three divisions to better serve our clients needs: Major Accounts Division, Middle Market Division, and our Retail Division. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships focused on bringing value through the delivery of quality services by professionals possessing the highest integrity and credentials to help our customers achieve their business goals.

We take special care identifying the individual needs of our clients and assist them in managing their total cost of risk through a mixture of risk transfer techniques and the utilization of loss reduction resources.

Our Story

Sunflower Insurance Group, Inc., formally Insurors & Investors, Inc., was filed as a Kansas Corporation on January 2, 1970. This began the pursuit of supplying customers with Best in Class service and has become our continued mission today. Sunflower Insurance Group (SIG) offers a full range of insurance products to commercial businesses and families. In 1999, after nearly 30 years of independent operation we joined forces with Sunflower Bank, a national bank with assets nearing $1 billion. In 2002, we acquired Frederickson-Brown Insurance Service, Inc. in Colorado. This bank affiliation, along with a series of insurance agency acquisitions and the opening of offices in major metropolitan cities, allows SIG the ability to serve customers in a large geographic area. We have licensed agents in each Sunflower Bank facility throughout Kansas and Colorado and hold licenses in more than 30 states.

Sunflower Insurance Group has contracts with most of the major insurance carries in the nation. The carriers we present to our customers are some of the most financially secure carriers in the industry. At Sunflower Insurance Group Inc. we have over 75 employees ready to serve the insurance needs of our customers throughout all of our locations and affiliations. We employ individuals who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers.
